Dear All,
It’s all about the 6 a side tournament….. I just can’t wait, The old memories just keeps on coming to my mind. Those were the days. Remember the time we use to start playing cricket starting from year 6. I still remember the times. Classes battling out to be the better team. Even some of the teams went on to have specific names for their respective teams. And what do you know, these days built allot of good talent, which went on to create history and fame for our school.
However, for us the six a side tournament is going to take us back to the wonder years. But this time its not going to be against our own batch mates. But against the other batches, who says they will rain supreme.
But I say , The greatest batch of the last decade “ Royal College group of 2000” will lift the cup this time for the first time. Not just because they are the best. But each one of our colleagues are gifted with sheer determination and the passion to make this crown ours.
Therefore, I humbly ask every one of you, who could join this glamorous event to take part and participate and back the 3 – 4 teams of RC 2000 batch to VICTORY. If we win this, it will be the 1st time RC 2000 Batch has lifted the CUP. And this would be a stepping stone to show all the batches, the unity and spirit our batch has.
The selection for the matches will be as follows.
Selection – 5th September 2010 , 9.00 a.m @ Parliament Grounds
Tournament – 18th September 2010, 11.00 a.m ( Day Night Tournament ) @ Bloomfield
There will be a Calypso band played right through out dedicated to entertain every one of you who take part.
